Barbara Whiting Wright co-founded GWAC and served as our first President. Affectionately known as Ms. Barbara within GWAC, she remained dedicated to GWAC up until she passed in 2019. This year, we will honor her memory with a second annual Day of Service at the Capitol Area Food Bank. You can volunteer in person or donate to the food bank in her honor. We hope that you can join us in honoring Ms. Barbara's memory through service to the DC community.
